1.
Individual
Psychotherapy
I offer a confidential space to explore what's troubling you – anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, grief, or the impact of abuse – and to find a way forward that fits you
2.
Child
Therapy
I offer creative and play therapies to help children (8–12 years) with anxiety, anger, sadness, confidence, neurodivergence, and relationships, building resilience in a safe space
3.
Youth
Therapy
Young people (13–18) can explore at their own pace their feelings about family, relationships, identity, school pressures, self esteem, and to build their self worth.
4.
Hypnotherapy
With sessions tailored to your needs, hypnotherapy can help with anxiety, phobias, self-esteem, habits, weight loss, stopping smoking, and more.
My Approach
I provide a warm, non-judgemental therapeutic space to explore what troubles you. Using a fluid, client-led approach, I draw on psychodynamic, behavioural, and person-centred methods, and together we find what works for you, because different people need different things at different times.

About me
I'm a warm, inclusive counsellor and hypnotherapist. As someone who's LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent, I know how healing it is to feel truly seen. I offer a space where you are met with care and understanding. If this resonates with you, I'd love us to work together.
Getting Help
I work with children, adolescents and adults, supporting them in a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, self esteem, neurodivergence, identity exploration and relational trauma.
